- $300 - Civilian Physician
- $250 - Military Physician
- $200 - Civilian Nurse
- $150 - Military Nurse
- $100 - Residents, Interns, and Fellows
- Speaker registration is free

Guest Fees
Late On-site Registration Fee:
An additional $25 late fee will apply to all registrations.
Registration Cancellation & Refunds for attendees:
- Civilian and Military attendees who pay with a Civilian Card must be cancelled before Feb. 24 for a full refund.
- Military Attendees who pay with a Military Card will be refunded within 2 weeks of completion of the conference.
