Directions From San Antonio International Airport (12 miles):
Take 281 S. which will turn into I-37 S. near the downtown area. Follow I-37 S. and exit Houston Street. Turn right on Houston. Proceed 5 blocks to Broadway. Turn left on Broadway and continue down 3 blocks. Hotel is on the right. (Broadway changes names to Losoya Street).

Additional adults, 18 and up, are $25.00 each using existing bedding.
Room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes (which are currently 16.75%) or applicable service, or hotel specific fees in effect at the Hotel at the time of the meeting.

The ensure a room at the negotiated rate, Reservations MUST be made by the “cut-off” date of August 10, 2007. Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be based on availability at the Hotel's prevailing rates (Average prevailing rates after during that time range from $300-$400).

All room reservations must be guaranteed for arrival. Cancellation of reservations must be made 48 hours prior to arrival. If reservations are cancelled within 48 hours of arrival, or the reservation “no shows”, the guest will be charged a penalty of one night’s room charge. Please note that check-in time is 3:00PM and checkout time is 12:00PM.

Hyatt Hotels and Resorts have an early departure fee of $35.00. Departure dates are reconfirmed at check-in and are subject to a fee if changed after the check-in process is completed.
