Speaker and Potential Presenter

LTC Robert Harrington (robert.dennis.harrington@us.army.mil) is the 2010 Program chairman for SOMA 2010.

Should you have an interest in making a presentation at the 2010 SOMA Conference, please contact LTC Harrington before September 17, 2010. LTC Harrington has the approval of the Board of Directors to accept or refuse presentations based on the theme of the 2010 Conference and the contents of the presentations as applied to the conference.

You will receive a confirmation from Dr. Harrington by September 24th stating that you have been chosen as a speaker or panel presenter at the 2010 Conference. After you have received your confirmation, you need to act on the following:

1. Register online so that you will be attending the conference at www.somaonline.org.
2. When you register mark the Speaker block. Speaker registration is free.
3. Indicate if you want CME’s from this conference. The CME's fee is $50. SOMA Membership's fee for regular member is $50.
4. Complete the four forms below:
   • Disclosure Form
   • Presentation Worksheet
   • Biodata Form
   • Audio/Video Request Form
   Fax forms to TRUE at (210) 829-5513 or e-mail to a.bordas@trueresearch.org
   Deadline for forms is October 15, 2010.
5. The forms ask you to fax them directly to USUSH, but fax to TRUE at (210) 829-5513. TRUE will send the forms to USUSH.
6. It is critical that TRUE receives these forms, to receive CME or CEU certification. When the forms are not received by TRUE that session of the program will not be accredited.
7. All forms must be received by October 15th.
