Exhibit Fund Return Policy:
Request for cancellation in writing before September 1, the Exhibitor or Contributor will receive 85% of the funds. The 15% is
for the pre-conference arrangement.
Cancellation received after November 30: no funds will be returned. The conference fees have been expended on the expenses of the conference.
