Important Dates:

• October 15, 2007 - Last Day for cancellations. Request for cancellation in writing is due before October 15, 2007, the Exhibitor or Contributor will receive 85% of the funds. The 15% is for pre-conference arrangement. Cancellations received after October 15, 2007, no funds are returned. The conference fees have been expended on the expenses of the conference.
• October 19, 2007- Last day to register and have name included in the Program Book.
• November 2, 2007- Last day TRUE will accept promotional items for the Welcome Bags. (if donated)
• November 2, 2007- Last day TRUE will accept door prize donations.
• Booth Payments are due prior to the start of the conference. Payments will be accepted onsite. Exhibitor's will not be permitted to exhibit unless payment is received
• November 16, 2007 @ Midnight CST- Online Registration Closes.
• Onsite registrations will be accepted. Registration booth will be open Monday-Wednesday.
