All Federal Grants are now submitted through www.grants.gov
- Must register as an Authorized Organization Representative (AOR). Go to http://grants.gov/applicants/get_registered.jsp
- Click on Organization Registration “I want to Register on behalf of an Organization”
- Scroll to bottom of page and click “Step 1: Obtain DUNS number”
- Scroll to bottom of page and click “Step 2: Register with CCR”
- Scroll to bottom of page and click “Step 3: Username and Password
- Click on link Create a Username and Password: https://apply07.grants.gov/apply/OrcRegister
- Enter TRUE’s DUNS number 007790616 – click “Register”
- Complete For Applicants page and submit.
TRUE will be notified that you have registered and will give you permission to become and AOR and submit grants.
You will see this permission at http://www.grants.gov/Forapplicants
Find and download opportunity-specific application from www.grants.gov
Prepare SF424 forms and upload to site.
Applicants do NOT construct an application. Once the application data goes through grants.gov the eRA system compiles the data fields and attachments into a single grant application.
Applicants will be able to see the entire grant application for the first time in the eRA Commons website.
