December 19, 2008- Last day TRUE will accept promotional items for the Welcome Bags.
Last day TRUE will accept door prize donations. Additional items can be accepted
onsite.

December 26, 2008 @ Midnight CST- Online Registration Closes.

Onsite registrations will be accepted. Registration booth will be open Monday-Wednesday.

Booth Payments are due prior to the start of the conference. Payments will be accepted
onsite. Exhibitor's will not be permitted to exhibit unless payment is received
or arrangements made.
