TRUE would like to thank AMO for their contribution to the 1st Annual International Military Refractive Surgery Conference's Monday Evening Dinner Event. Attendees and AMO Representatives are invited to the Dinner (Please, No Guests).

Monday, February 5, 2007 at the Petroleum Club of San Antonio

6:15 pm- A shuttle will pick attendees up from the Hilton San Antonio Airport
6:30 pm- Arrive at the Petroleum Club San Antonio
6:30-7:15 pm- Hors d'oeuvres
7:15 pm Dinner
9:00 pm Shuttle returning attendees to the Hilton San Antonio Airport

Dress Code

The Petroleum Club's Dress Code will be in effect which states: Men must wear a Jacket for evening dining. Neither athletic attire nor shorts nor Jeans are permitted in the Club at any time. Hats must be removed while on Club premises and may be checked, if desired, at the front reception desk to be retrieved upon departure.
