I am a part-time employee, and missed the deadline for submitting my time sheet, when do I get paid? Top
When you do not send your time sheet on time and missed the due date you will be paid for your hours on the next pay day. Refer to the Payroll Calendar for time sheet due dates. -
When are TRUE's paydays? Top
Paydays are on the 15th and at the last day of the month. For the specific paydays, check the payroll calendar. -
When is my time sheet due? Top
Part-Time employees must submit their time sheet by the due date on the Payroll calendar. Non-Exempt Full-Time employees must submit their time sheet on the 16th and 1st of each month. All exempt employees paid with Federal funds must submit a time sheet the 1st week of each month for the prior month. (See Personnel Policy # 8) -
What do I do when my supervisor is not available to sign my time sheet? Top
Send in the time sheet to the Payroll Department on the due date without the supervisor's signature. When the supervisor is available, ask your supervisor to sign and refax your time sheet with the signature. -
When I miss work are there any reporting requirements and to whom? Top
Yes, refer to the (Personnel Policy #8) When you miss work you must complete the PTO Paid Time Off (PTO) form, your supervisor must sign the form and you fax the form to the Payroll Department. The PTO form is accessed with your employee login pass word under Payroll forms. -
Does TRUE have direct deposit to my checking or savings account? Top
Yes all employees are required to have a saving or checking account to make a direct deposit. At the new hire orientation, the employee completes the direct deposit form and submits the form with a voided check or form from your bank. -
May I have direct deposit to more than one account? Top
Yes complete a direct deposit form and submit a voided check or form from your bank. Your paycheck can be directly deposited into a total of four separate accounts up to 3 different banks. -
I requested direct deposit, why was my first paycheck sent to my home? Top
Employers Resource must first test your bank account. After the testing on the first paycheck, the next paycheck and all subsequent paychecks will be deposited directly to your account as requested. -
I did not receive my paycheck. What should I do? Top
Call (Employers Resource) immediately; do not call TRUE as the Payroll Department has no information regarding your paycheck other than sending Employers Resource your hours to Employers Resource. (Click here for Employers Resource contacts.) -
I received my paycheck and the amount is incorrect. What should I do? Top
Call TRUE payroll department immediately at 210-829-1239, ask for the Payroll Department. -
Who processed my payroll check? Top
TRUE's Payroll Department using the time sheet you provided, sends the hours you worked to Employers Resource and Employers Resource process the information, including benefits and taxes.

TRUE Research Foundation has employees working at Wilford Hall in the OBGYN Department to answer your questions. Call 1-210-292-2817. -
Who is eligible to apply for IVF Services? Top
Military personnel and their spouses are eligible for the IVF services. -
Is there a cost for the service? Top
Yes, there is a charge to cover the cost of the service. Call 1 210 292-2817 for details.
Credit Cards

What type of credit cards does TRUE provide? Top
TRUE provides employees company credit cards from American Express, Staples, Office Max and Office Depot. -
How may I apply for a company credit card? Top
Go to TRUE website, payroll webpage and read the requirements. All employees do not need a credit card. If you believe that you need a credit card, complete the credit card request form and fax to the Payroll Department. The CEO makes the final determination for the need of a credit card. Only (1) American Express and (1) office supply credit card per department. -
What may I charge on a credit card? Top
For specific credit card instructions, go to TRUE website/Payroll Department Web Page/ Credit Cards and view the credit card instructions. Credit cards are for company business only. Equipment or computers may not be charged on Office supply Credit cards.
401(k)

What company provides 401(k) services for TRUE employees? Top
TRUE has a contract with Fidelity Investments for Employee 401(k) -
Where can I obtain information about the 401(k) plan? Top
The 401(k) plan will be discussed at your new employee orientation by the Payroll Manager. After your orientation the Information is located at www.401k.com or by calling 1-800-835-5097. -
How do I set up my Fidelity 401(k) account? Top
To set up a 401(k) account on line go to www.401k.com or call 1-800-835-5097. -
I'm a new employee of TRUE. I currently have a 401(k) account and I would like to roll over my 401(k), how do I roll over my funds? Top
Contact your old 401(k) provider or your previous employer and tell them you want to do a 401(k) rollover. Ask them to make out the check to Fidelity Investments. Next find the 401(k) rollover form on the TRUE website. Complete the form and mail it to TRUE along with the check. TRUE will then forward the check and the form to Fidelity Investments.
