TRUE, to better service the employees, has chosen to outsource the payroll, benefits, and payroll taxes. As TRUE is outsourced, we do not handle paycheck delivery, benefits or benefit taxes.
You are encouraged to contact Employers Resource with any of the above concerns. Do not contact TRUE’s payroll Department as we do not have access to any of the records. You should only contact TRUE when your working hours or vacation days are incorrect on the paycheck as an error may have been made when the amounts were provided to Employers Resource.
You may visit Employers Resource web site any time and download your pay stubs and all of your pay information. To view your personal payroll or benefit information or to download employee forms, visit www.employersresource.com and click on Employee Service Center.
If you move, contact TRUE with your address change, and TRUE will provide the information to Employers Resource. If TRUE does not have your correct address, you will have delayed delivery with the postal service. Additionally, you will not receive a W-2 as the post office does not forward this document.
