TRUE Issued Credit Cards
TRUE acknowledges a need for specific employees to have access to an American Express card to order supplies that are needed immediately for their Research Projects. All American Express cards requested are reviewed and approved by the CEO. The CEO has the final approval for issuing American Express Cards. Bills must be sent to the office the day the items are ordered. Only (1) American Express card is issued to a Department.
TRUE is a non profit and tax exempt organization. TRUE provides Office Supply cards (Staples, Office Depot and Office Max) to take advantage of the tax exemption and save funding on the project. The CEO will not approve Office supplies purchased on the American Express card.
No personal charges are allowed on any company credit cards.
If you have need of either an office supply card or American Express, complete the proper form and send to the CEO.
