  1. Is there a limit on the "freebie" items that I can order?    Top
    Yes. Each individual "freebie" has its own limitation to how many can be ordered. Let's say that you do need more of a "freebie" please don't be afraid to ask. Simply give a brief explanation of your request and TRUE will do its absolute best to meet your needs.

  2. Can I use the traveling display?     Top
    Yes. The traveling displays are used to promote TRUE services and are easy to borrow. All you need to do is fill out a traveling display request form, and let me take care of the rest!

  3. I heard about a research day/conference, may I share this information with TRUE and will TRUE attend?     Top
    TRUE's greatest marketing tool is you, so yes we accept all information about new conferences, research days, and educational seminars. TRUE researches the event and deciphers if it's an event we can market our services. If it is, then we will attend or at least organize the conference for you. Any information can be emailed to marketing@trueresearch.org

  4. I am an employee; may I send pictures from our department and special events?     Top
    Yes, TRUE invites any photos, letters, etc. These items will be used in our marketing brochures and website. It's nice to see real footage of our services, so I encourage pictures, video recordings to add to the website. Again, any photos may be emailed to marketing@trueresearch.org or mailed to:
