Identifying funding sources
TRUE Research Foundation has multiple sources to help you identify funding
sources for your study. TRUE also has sources who are looking for Investigators
to participate in Phase II through IV studies. Please contact us (link) for

Negotiating the Contract
TRUE Research Foundation has many years of experience in negotiating
contracts and budgets so that the contracts are legally acceptable to the
military. Federal employees are strongly advised to not negotiate any contracts
or financial terms before contacting TRUE, as the military strictly forbids
soliciting.
Preparing the SOW to the CRDA
TRUE Research Foundation will prepare your Cooperative Research and Development
Agreement (CRDA) from start to finish if you are Navy or will prepare the
Statement of Work (SOW) to the CRDA if you are Army. All we require is a copy
of the protocol and the contract contact.
Purchasing supplies, equipment and other support
TRUE Research Foundation will purchase supplies, equipment and other
support in a timely fashion. We can also help with obtaining quotes if needed.
All purchases are made in a manner that is deemed legally and ethically correct
by the military.
Administering funds
TRUE Research Foundation is the premier administrator of funds for
your study and acts as the liaison between the researcher and the funding
source. With the funding TRUE can provide personnel (link to HR); TDY's; supplies,
equipment and other support as needed.
