In accordance with the mission of TRUE, the Human Resources Department assists the military through hiring, terminations, recruiting, training, certifications and licensing requirements.
TRUE has outsourced several of the Human Resource responsibility to Employers Resource. Employers Resource will service all TRUE employees at all sites in the areas of payroll, direct deposits, health benefits, worker’s compensation, and unemployment benefits.
TRUE and Employers Resource are dedicated to providing all TRUE employees efficient and accurate services.
