The CEO for TRUE receives and reviews all documentation concerning filling of position prior to job offers being made and receives and reviews documents concerning personnel transactions to ensure compliance with this policy. Implementation of the Equal Employment Opportunity policy is the shared responsibility of the management of TRUE.
